We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to join our team to project manage new websites from start to go live - and then to account manage the clients to help them grow their online revenue post go-live.
This person needs to have strong project management and client service skills - and their activities will include:
PRE GO-LIVE:
- Project management of new website builds
- Advising and training clients on how to set up their catalogue
- Working with graphic designers to apply a graphic design to the website
- Working with technical support to integrate the website with the client's internal system
- Working with the client to implement all tasks in the go live checklist
- Working with technical support to ensure all technical tasks are completed
POST GO-LIVE:
- Have quaterly account management meetings with clients
- Monitor their analytics and advise them on how to grow their sales
- Helping them with support queries
- Helping resolve any issues
