Digital Customer Success Manager

Magico is recruiting for a Digital Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our award-winning team on an initial one year contract.  

Based in Ennis, Co. Clare (with remote options available), the Digital Customer Success Manager will be responsible for proactively managing the relationship with selected Magico Retailers, as well as taking ownership of our Digital Marketing Training programme.   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support an extensive Digital Marketing Training programme, that encompasses both in-house and externally delivered courses 
  • Take ownership of the Digital Marketing Training Calendar, mapping Retailer training progress and outstanding training to be completed.  
  • Take ownership of all Admin relating to Retailer Training – client discovery calls, scheduling, invoicing and follow up materials 
  • Undertake Retailer Account Management duties on selected accounts, developing a deep  relationship that ensures mutual success and realises the full value of our technology 
  • Deliver regular Account Reviews that deep-dive into Web Analytics and Digital Marketing data, to deliver actionable insights for our Retailers  
  • Manage relationships with our ecosystem of 3rd Party Digital Marketing Service Providers, helping our Retailers find the right resource for their needs 
  • Support Helpdesk where possible, on Digital Marketing-specific queries 
  • Observe Competitor and eCommerce Industry activity to provide ongoing insights 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS 

  • Digital native with propensity to buy online. Knowledge of eCommerce and online retail essential.  
  • eCommerce/ Digital Marketing experience preferred. Demonstrable exposure to some (or all) of the following is key to this role: Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Influencers, Email 
  • Experience delivering Training/ presenting complex information to groups (desirable although not essential if transferrable skills are present) 
  • Ability to nurture and build relationships with our Retailers using first-rate communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to analyse & interpret data, draw actionable insights and present in a digestible manner 
  • Excellent presentation & written communication skills are a must   
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail and excellent multitasking ability 

 

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, ecommerce or similar 
  • 3+ years’ experience in a related role 
  • Expert-level use of MS Powerpoint, Zoom/Microsoft Teams 
  • Essential Technical Experience: MS Office, Google Analytics/ Data Studio (or other data visualization tools), Google Ads, Facebook Business, Mailchimp
